COMMUNITY IN DIFFERENT SETTINGS

Here are some examples of how community building adapts to different settings. The applications don’t stop here, however. Wherever humans gather to live, work and play, there’s a need for community.

  • The pressure of running a membership club comes with very high expectations for exceptional service. For us, community building in a members’ club should unfold. It should feel like real connection…. and flow between members, between staff, creating a closeness that bridges members and staff too. Community building makes members’ clubs successful by creating moments of spontaneity, becoming a place where memories are formed – and lives are impacted.

  • Like members’ club, coworking and coliving spaces become part of someone’s story. People are not just paying to use a product, they are paying to facilitate an experience that will improve collaboration and quality of life. Our curation creates organic bonds between people that leads to collaboration and lifelong friendships.

  • A hotel doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It is part of an ecosystem that enhances the travel experience but also contributes to the well-being of the surrounding area. We create ways for guests to feel a sense of kinship and belonging within the local culture – while turning hotels into vibrant hubs where guests and locals alike can connect, learn, and thrive together.

  • Integrating a development into a locality and its aspirations, is not easy feat. We help foster a sense of belonging, and create spaces that nurture emotional and social well-being, ultimately enhancing the value and success of each development.

SOME WDN EVENT FORMATS

RAW

Described as “one of the best outings in London”, and a first-of-its-kind event, RAW listening nights are a tasting menu of London’s culture: vibrant, eclectic and diverse, pairing uncensored stories with live music, and art.

NOISE

NOISE is a mixtape of different London music scenes featuring a handpicked line-up of independent artists, followed by an open jam. Part of a wider initiative, the series skips the algorithm to get back to the fundamentals of music: the humans at its core.

WIP

A gathering and a safe space for sharing our love of music. This is a night that champions genuine human connection and bridges the gap between emerging musicians and audiences to build creativity and superfans. It’s the perfect format for any brand that wants to create partnerships within the music industry.

POV

Panel discussions that give everyone a voice, facilitate conversation with the entire room – and take respectful discourse to another level. Helping people understand how the personal connects with the big picture is central to building resilient, diverse, and innovative communities.
